Wow I have some of these books, but many are new to me, including the book by Marion Nestle, I’ll have to check that out. I interviewed her for a nutrition article, way back. The Wok is truly amazing, as is The Vegan Chinese book. And Aribiyya, although I only have it in digital format right now.
